People get started because of the Team Leader concept and the automated system.  People don't want to be sales people.  He does put in a little effort. When he sees that his system gets a callback, he does call the prospect, tells them to step through the rest of the website, then after the Team Leader has called them, to please get back with him.  At that time, he then asks just two questions:
How long did it take for the Team Leader to get back to you?
What was your general opinion of it?

I've found that people like that there is NO HARD SELL from the Team Leader.

Is it okay to utilize this system in a completely PASSIVE way?  Absolutely.  Will you earn fast?  Probably not ... it WILL take some time.
