FrequenSea
A New, Higher Concentrated Blend
The folks at Forever Green have decided to double the main ingredients (Phytoplankton, Frankincense & Astaxanthin) that go into their primary product, FrequenSea. I recently received my latest shipment of 4 16 oz. bottles with the new mixture. When pouring it into a clear glass, it's immediately apparent that the color is different. It appears to be a bit more cloudy than before ... almost murky. I justified that this had to be due to the added ingredients. Now, onto the smell test. Phew! This new blend definitely has a new odor to it as well. It is definitely not as pleasing as the original version. Undaunted, I continued on to the "taste test". Yup, you guessed it ... definitely a step backwards.
Now, smell & taste do certainly have a play in whether or not many individuals would decide to even try a product like FrequenSea. But, as I've often told friends, if it contains good ingredients and is beneficial to my health, I'd drink mud water. Now, I understand that this is certainly a bit of an exaggeration, but I think you get the point.
Oh My Aching Head!
Another difference I noticed with the "new blend" was that it seemed to give me a headache. Two other people indicated that they too encountered this. Hmmm. But didn't stop there. Remember how I told you that I was able to go on far fewer hours of sleep than normal (with the "original blend")? Well, I had been consuming this new batch for over a week, and one thing was undeniable, I seemed to be constantly, thoroughly exhausted ... every day. My wife told me "maybe it's the juice". So, I skipped a day, and voila! The next day I felt better than I had in over a week.
I thought I'd put it through one more test. Yesterday morning, I consumed only half a dose (1/2 ounce). Guess what ... total exhaustion ... after a full nights sleep.
On the subject of smell and taste, I received an email from support indicating that they were looking into whether or not to adjust their concentration of the ingredients once again. I'm guessing that there were more than just a few other members who had a similar experience. My direct upline, along with a colleague of mine ... and even my mom, all expressed that the new FrequenSea is quite a bit "less tastey" than it's predecessor.
Recommendation Change ... AGAIN?
Like always, I'll continue to keep you posted. As I've eluded to before, taste alone is not what drives me to consume a healthy product, but given all of the adverse effects of late (due to the "new blend"), I'm going to have to reduce my ranking for FrequenSea back to -Neutral-. If you were contemplating trying their product, I would certainly hold off until I'm better able to find out what "really" happened.
I realize that just last issue I had "promoted" FrequenSea from -Neutral- to Thumbs-Up, and I apologize for the proverbial rollercoaster ... but I must report the truth, no matter how often events may sway back and forth. I promised you that I would always be truthful, and I feel it's my duty to you to do just that.
