MegaWealth Backs Out of PAS Purchase

Here is their statement in it's entirety, direct from the MegaWealth Corporation:

Dear MegaWealth Members,

First of all, let me apologize for our delay in communicating. Simon and I have had a great deal to process and decisions to make these past few days,(not unlike yourselves I am sure) and have required some distance to be sure we saw things clearly and acted accordingly.

As I am sure you have noticed, in compliance with the SEC complaint against PAS, we have disabled the MegaWealth sites whose sole purpose was to promote PAS.

The MegaWealth Corporation has respectfully rescinded our interest to purchase The Prosperity Automated System. Due to a series of events and actions it is not possible for us to continue that transaction.

Therefore, we will not be taking over PAS or assisting any further in the "extension" of PAS. As mentioned on the conference call with Bill Osterhout last week, we are however; building a new business model that is fully compliant with regulations AND offers new and exciting opportunities for financial gain and personal growth and development.

We are not suggesting that you leave PAS. We have no suggestions about PAS at all.
