In God We Still Trust

I felt compelled to place this latest/newest video on my website due to the constant and increasing anti-American sentiment that is shown via the media, both from outside the United States, and sadly, also from within.  I for one am proud to be an American.

Whether you agree with the war in Iraq or not, our troops deserve our support - period.  They are putting their lives on the line on a daily basis to protect the freedoms we so often take for granted.  They get paid very little, yet they risk death and continue to serve and protect our country and the ideals upon which it was founded.

I respect ... and applaud the young men and women who serve our country.  It's time to show them our gratitude, not our discontent.  They don't make the decisions ... they simply follow the orders given to them ... as Americans.

Our country was founded as a nation under God.  As time goes on, we see God being removed from our schools, from our government offices, and attempts are even being made to censor the very mention of Christianity via radio broadcasts ... and the list goes on.

We are now, and still remain ... "One Nation, Under God".

Sure, this video isn't so much on "The Lighter Side", but I felt moved to present it here as a reminder of what our country is truly all about.
